The incident in your photograph has obviously been caused by a lack of warning signs. I have long urged Local Authorities to display far more warning signs such as; DO NOT CRASH INTO 1] these cars 2] these people, 3] this telegraph pole/lam post/bollard 4] house 5] bungalow 6] block of flats 7] nuclear power station 8] dog, cat, horse, cow, wildebeest.
